双滚刀岩石试验台可以进行刀间距、贯入度等参数对滚刀破岩效率影响的试验,为掘进机刀盘滚刀的布置提供设计依据。设计了可调整刀间距的高速双滚刀岩石综合试验台并进行了受力和模态的有限元分析,并利用试验台对普通花岗岩进行了滚压试验。结果表明:经有限元分析试验台的应力小于制造材料的许用应力,分析了试验台振型及振动频率和振幅;岩石滚压试验表明试验台在强度和振动方面满足使用要求;通过普通花岗岩的破岩试验测得破岩力及支撑框架振动幅值,所设计的试验台滚压花岗岩具有良好的使用效果,满足工程研究及使用。
The test bed with double disc cutters was applied to cutter spacing and penetration affect rock breaking efficiency experiments. It could apply basis for cutter distribution on tunnel boring machine cutter head design. The high speed test bed with double disc cutters was designed which could be changed cutter spacing The stress and the medal were analyzed by finite element software, the granite rock breaking was experimented by the test bed. The results indicated that the stress of the test bed less than the material of test bed allowable stress. The mode and the frequency of vibration were analyzed and the amplitude was obtained. The test bed can satisfy the strength and vibration requirements. The rock breaking force and amplitude of frame were obtained by granite breaking experiments. The test bed has good experiment results and satisfies the research and engineering use.
