为评价不同组成因素对橡胶沥青胶浆低温流变特性的影响,采用弯曲梁流变仪,测出了3种胶粉掺量、3种胶粉细度以及8种粉胶质量比(0.8,0.9,1.0,1.1,1.2,1.3,1.4)的橡胶沥青胶浆蠕变劲度和蠕变曲线斜率,并运用灰色理论分析了不同因素的影响程度。研究结果表明:橡胶沥青胶浆低温蠕变劲度模量随胶粉掺量的增加而减小,蠕变曲线斜率则呈增大趋势;20目胶粉具有最低的蠕变劲度模量和最大的蠕变曲线斜率;粉胶比增大会导致蠕变劲度模量增大和蠕变曲线斜率减小;粉胶比对橡胶沥青胶浆低温蠕变劲度模量影响最大,其次是橡胶粉掺量;基于橡胶沥青胶浆低温流变特性,建议粉胶比小于1.2,采用22%的胶粉掺量和20目胶粉。
In order to evaluate the effect of different factors on the low-temperature rheological properties of asphalt rubber mortar, creep stiffness modules and creep rate of asphalt rubber mortars with three types of crumb rubber dosage, three types of size, and eight types of mass ratio of filler/asphalt (0. 8, 0. 9, 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and 1.4) were studied by using bending beam rheometer. Based on the gray theory, the gray relationship of size, dosage, and mass ratio of filler/asphalt were acquired. The results show that the creep stiffness modules decrease with the increase of addition content of crumb rubber. While the creep rate increases with the increase of dosage of crumb rubber. And the size of 20-mesh crumb rubber has the lowest creep stiffness module and the highest creep rate. It can also be found that the low-temperature cracking resistance of asphalt rubber mortar decreases with the increase of mass ratio of filler/asphalt. In view of the low-temperature rheological properties of asphalt rubber mortar, the mass ratio of filler/asphalt should be less than 1.2, and the 22% addition and 20-mesh crumb rubber are recommended.
