松耦合旋转变压器可用于实现旋转超声加工,为了解决其在变压器初、次级引入漏感的问题,充分利用漏感设计超声波电源。针对壶型磁芯的松耦合变压器,分析得到漏感的计算公式,为定量分析提供基础。利用次级漏感作为匹配电感,加入串-并联电容实现与压电换能器的调谐匹配,使变压器次级负载变为纯阻性,得到了实现匹配的条件。利用初级漏感与开关管的寄生电容谐振实现ZVS,分析了不对称半桥逆变电路的开关过程,得到了实现ZVS的条件。最后通过实验验证该方法可行。
Loosely coupled rotating transformer can be used to realize rotary ultrasonic machining,in order to solve the problem of leakage inductances in primary and secondary,making full use of the leakage inductances to design ultrasonic supply. Loosely coupled rotating transformer with pot core is analyzed,and a formula of leakage inductance is derived,which provides the basis for quantitative analysis. Using secondary leakage inductance to be the matching inductance,and seriesparallel capacitors is added to match the piezoelectric transducer,so the load in secondary become pure resistor,the match conditions is given. Using primary leakage inductance and the stray capacitances of switches resonance to realize ZVS,the process of switching of asymmetrical half bridge is analyzed,and the conditions of ZVS are given. Finally experiment shows these methods are available.
