某热电厂的过热器15CrMo钢管道仅运行3000 h就发生爆管事故,宏观检查显示,管材内壁发生严重的氧化腐蚀。利用SEM、EDS和XRD等方法,测试分析了15CrMo钢管不同位置的组织结构及氧化层的物相组成等。结果表明,钢管在服役过程中有严重的氧化腐蚀,形成内外两层氧化皮,氧化侵蚀主要先从晶界开始,再逐步扩展到晶内。
The 15CrMo steel tubes of a thermal power plant was burst only serviced for 3000 h.Macroscopic test shows that the inner wall of the tubes was serious rusted.Microstructure of the 15CrMo steel tube in different position and composition of the oxide layer were analyzed by SEM,EDS and XRD.The results show that the serious high-temperature oxidation has eroded the tube during the service.The oxidation scale can be displayed as inside and outside two layers,the oxidation starts in the grain boundary,then gradually expands to intragranular.
