规范不确定度是新一代产品几何规范(GPS)不确定度理论体系中的重要组成部分。通过对规范不确定度的成因进行探析,给出了规范不确定度评定的管理流程,并以尺度规范中的直径规范为出发点,对目前存在的典型直径规范样式的规范不确定度进行了评定。研究结果表明,目前存在的直径图纸规范样式存在很大的规范不确定度,应对其修正。同时,研究还表明,实施新一代GPS对产品制造全过程中的资源优化分配、降低成本具有重要意义。
Specification uncertainty is one of the most important parts of uncertainty theory in the next--generation dimensional & geometrical product specifications and verification(GPS). The proce- dure for specification uncertainty management for a drawing indication was proposed based on the detailed analysis on the origins of specification uncertainty. An experiment was carried out to evaluate the specification uncertainty of the diameter drawing indication that dominated currently. The experimental result shows that the specification uncertainty of the currently dominant drawing indication for diameter characteristic is too large. Thereby, the drawing indication is not scientific. This experiment also implicates that the implementation of the next--generation GPS will be significant in the optimi zation of resources and to reduce the cost of the product in manufacturing industry.
