受到计算机硬条件的限制,3D城市建筑物模型绘制的速度缓慢,甚至只能渲染出模型的部分内容.为此,提出面向城市建筑物3D点云模型的快速绘制方法.首先对3D城市建筑物点云模型的特征进行分析;然后对3D城市建筑物点云模型进行预处理,并进行节点量化与设计;最后按照可见性判断、空洞补全、噪点过滤和多细节层次绘制进行图像重建.使用大量的建筑物点云模型进行实验,验证了文中方法的有效性;和传统方法相比,该方法显著减轻了点云模型的存储和传输的压力,在速度提高20%的基础上也改善了绘制效果.
Limited by conditions of current computer hardware, rendering of 3D city buildings is very slow, or even only part of the model could be rendered. In order to address this problem, a fast rendering method for point cloud models of 3D city buildings is proposed in this paper. Firstly characteristics of 3D city buildings point cloud models are analyzed. Then point cloud models of 3D city buildings are pre-processed and point nodes are quantized and designed. Finally, reconstruction of 3D city buildings point cloud models is done, which includes visibility determination, complement of empty block on surface of buildings, filtration of noisy point and multi-level of detail rendering. Extensive experiments on massive building point cloud models are carried out to verify the validity of the proposed method. Compared to traditional methods, the proposed method can remarkably lighten the pressure on storage and transport of point cloud model. The computing speed is increased about 20% and the rendering effect is also improved.
