以钛酸丁酯和金属盐酸盐为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶工艺在不同加热温度下制备CoFe2O4/TiO2复合体。通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜分析产物的结构组成和形貌特征,用矢量网络分析仪测试样品在8~12GHz频率范围内的微波电磁性能。结果表明,复合体生长过程中两相组分晶体各自析出长大,没有新的物相产生,复合体的生长对热处理温度依赖性较大。前驱液pH在4~5范围内,经800℃热处理后,得到结晶度良好的CoFe2O4/TiO2微晶,平均粒径为320~400nm,复合体在X波段具有一定的电磁损耗。
Using Ti(n-OC4H9 )4 and metal hydrochloric acid salt as raw materials, CoFe2 O4/TiO2 composites were prepared by sol-gel method. The microstructure and surface morphologies of the samples were examined by Xray diffraction, scanning electron microscope. The microwave electromagnetic characteristics of the composites were measured by vector network analyzer and the frequency range from 8.0-12. 0GHz. The results show that the crystals of different substances grow up independently and growth of composites dependent on heat treated temperature. Composites can be obtained by annealing at 800℃ and pH=4-5 of the precursor,and average size of CoFe2O4 crystallite is 320-400nm. The composites show electromagnetic loss properties at X wave band.
