文章通过对高校图书馆知识服务评价指标体系的研究，提供了神经网络这一新的评价工具，从而指导高校图书情报机构更好地开展知识服务工作。首先分析了国内外高校图书馆知识服务的研究现状并确定了两级评价指标，利用AHP层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重，在此基础上利用神经网络的BP算法确定总体的评价结果，最后将评价体系应用于安徽省的5所高校图书馆，根据总体的评价结果对安徽省高校图书馆的知识服务提出建议。

英文摘要：

Based on the study of the knowledge service evaluation index system in the university library, this paper proposes a new evaluation tool called neural network to guide the university library and information institutions in better carrying out knowledge service work. The paper firstly analyzes the present situation of research on knowledge service in university libraries both at home and abroad, and determines the two-level evaluation indices, then uses the AHP method to determine the weight of each evaluation in- dex. On this basis, the paper uses the BP algorithm of the neural network to determine the overall evaluation results. Finally, the e- valuation system is applied in 5 university libraries in Anhui province to make suggestions for university library knowledge service in Anhui province in accordance with the overall evaluation results.
