以分散均匀的氧化亚铜立方块作为硬模板,以氯化钴为金属源,通过"协同刻蚀"的方法获得氢氧化钴空心壳材料,并进一步热处理得到四氧化三钴空心壳材料.经过透射电子显微镜(TEM),并结合广角X射线衍射(wide-angle XRD)等手段,证实所得材料为结晶度良好的四氧化三钴空心壳材料.通过在旁热式气敏元件表面简单涂抹的办法制得气体传感器敏感器件,其乙醇气敏性能研究结果显示,该材料能在较低的工作温度(170℃)下对乙醇气体具有较好的响应,最低检测浓度达到0.001%.
A simple method has been developed for the synthesis of homogeneous cobaltosic oxide hollow cubebox by using copper(Ⅰ)oxide as hard template.The characterization(transmission electron microscope(TEM),and wide-angle X-ray diffraction(XRD))of the sample proved that the as prepared hollow cobaltosic oxide materials is well crystallinity.The gas sensor is prepared by simply painting the as synthesized cobaltosic oxide hollow cubebox on an indirectly heated gas sensitive element,and its ethanol gas-sensing properties were determined.The results show that this kind of material has a high sensitivity(detection limit 0.001%)and selectivity to ethanol at a relativity low temperature(170℃).
