油酸酰胺的合成及其性能研究

对常压下以油酸和乙二胺为原料在溶剂二甲苯中合成油酸酰胺的方法进行了研究,其最佳工艺条件是:反应温度(130±5)℃,反应时间3h,用料比1:1.对产物进行了红外光谱、热重/差热(TG/DTA)、临界胶束浓度(CMC)、缓蚀性能等多方面的测试,表明油酸酰胺是一种优良的表面活性剂,具有较好的抗CO2腐蚀性能,其缓蚀效率可达84.33%。有广泛的实际应用价值.

英文摘要:

Oleic amide was synthesized by oleic acid and ethylenediamide. The influence of some factors on the synthesis process were studied. The optimal reaction conditions were chosen through or- thogonal test that reaction temperature was 130 ℃ ± 5 ℃, the molar ratio of oleic acid to ethylenediamide was 1 : 1, reaction time was 3 h et al. Its chemical structure was identified by IR spectra. The application properties were investigated by means of thermal analysis and critical micelle concentration (CMC) and so on. Its corrosion inhibition efficiency was determined by static weight loss tests.
