英文摘要：

China will host the APEC meeting again in 2014 and has set the establishment of Free Trade Area of Asia-Pacific （FTAAP） on the most important agenda of APEC meeting, hoping to get substantial achievement on this issue. Because of the deepening economic integration in the Asia-Pacific region and the new challenges brought about by regional economic integration, APEC needs to launch FTAAP, promote existent TPP, RCEP, and establish, through deepening cooperation among APEC members, freer, more open, and more convenient institutional framework for the development of regional economy. APEC needs to guide the economic integration in the Asia-Pacific region in the Post-Bogor Goals era, and China should play a key constructive role in promoting the establishment of FTAAP and prepare for possible talks.
