通过大量的试配试验,分析了复合页岩陶粒植生混凝土在不同因素(水胶比、胶骨比、粉煤灰掺量、碎石取代率)影响下,其抗压强度、抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度的变化规律。研究结果表明,复合页岩陶粒植生混凝土的立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度都会随着水胶比、粉煤灰掺量的增加呈先上升后下降趋势,且水胶比宜确定为0.26~0.30,粉煤灰掺量宜确定在20%左右;在骨料用量相同的条件下,胶骨比在0.60到0.80的范围内变化时,混凝土的立方体抗压强度有所提高,劈裂抗拉强度则呈现先上升后下降的趋势;随碎石取代率的提高,立方体强度呈现先上升后下降趋势,但对劈裂抗拉强度影响不大。
Based on the exploratory experiments,the composite shale planting concrete in different factors( water cement ratio,bone ash ratio,fly ash and gravel content) under the influence of the cube compressive strength,flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of the changes are discussed. The results show that the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of Composite Ceramsite Concrete for Planting will increase first and then decrease with the increase of water-cement ratio and fly ash content,and the water-cement ratio should be determined between 0. 26 and 0. 30. The amount of fly ash should be determined at about 20%.Under the same amount of aggregate,when the gel ratio varies within the range of 0. 60 to 0. 80,the compressive strength of concrete increases,and the tensile strength increases first and then decreases; with the increase of the substitution rate,the cube strength increases first and then decreases,but it has little effect on the splitting tensile strength.
