利用专门研制的锚索冲击拉伸实验装置,在瓦斯浓度和氧气浓度满足瓦斯爆炸的条件下,对Φ15.24mm、Φ17.8mm和Φ21.6mm锚索在动载荷作用下拉脱(断)时产生火花引爆瓦斯的可能性进行了一系列实验研究。结果表明:锚索在动载荷作用下主要产生拉断、拉脱、脱断3种破坏形式,且破断处均发生于锚具固定端。采用红外热成像仪对锚索在动载荷作用下破坏产生的火花温度测试表明,锚索不论以何种形式破坏,其产生火花的最高温度远低于瓦斯爆炸所需要的最低温度650~750℃。而且,火花存在时间远小于瓦斯爆炸感应期。因此,Φ15.24mm、Φ17.8mm和Φ21.6mm锚索不论以何种形式破坏所产生的火花都不能引起瓦斯爆炸。
By using the specially designed experimental device for anchor rope impact tensile,a series of experiments on the possibility of gas explosion detonated by the pull out(broken) sparks of Φ15.24mm,Φ17.8mm and Φ21.6mm anchor rope have been performed on the condition that the gas concentration and oxygen concentration are within the range of explosion limit.The results show that there are 3 failure forms of anchor rope when it is under the action of dynamic load,i.e.tensile failure,pull out and pull failure,and the breakages all occur in the fixed-anchorage.Using infrared thermal imaging apparatus to measure the temperature of the broken sparks of anchor rope,the result shows that the maximal temperature of the pull out(broken) sparks of anchor rope is far less than the minimum temperature of gas explosion(650~750℃)and the existence time of sparks is far shorter than the sensitive period of gas explosion.The sparks induced by any failure forms of Φ15.24mm,Φ17.8mm and Φ21.6mm anchor rope can't detonate the gas.
