提出一种新的高温合金的修复方法。修复材料为基材合金(IN738)粉和镍基中间合金(NIB)粉混合形成的粉体(PMS),考察在真空1200℃无压烧结2h制度下,NIB添加量对粉末烧结体组织和密度的影响。SEM、EPMA、XRD等分析结果表明,添加1wt%NIB的PMS具有均匀、无不良组织相的烧结连接结构,B元素的扩散对连接起到决定作用。可采用PMS体系真空无压烧结修复IN738合金缺陷。
A new method for supemlloy bonding repair was proposed. The materials for bonding repairing were PMS system which was mixed with substmte powder alloy and middle powder alloy. After siritered at 1200℃ for 2h in a vacuum furnace,the density and microstructure of the sintered body were investigated. The SEM, EPMA, and XRD results show that the microstructure of PMS sintered system with 1wt%NIB, is homogeneous and has no harm phase. Most important of all, the diffusion of element B is beneficial to alloy bonding. The PMS sintered system can be used in IN738 defect renairing.
