为了提高轨道交通与地面交通一体化设计的效率,为项目的科学决策提供依据,作者提出了面向一体化设计的城市轨道交通站点功能定位方法。目前,国内外均没有城市轨道交通站点特征功能定位量化方法的相关标准。本文综合考虑城市轨道交通站点的节点性和场所性,分析站点合理吸引区范围内的土地利用及多模式交通系统状况,建立站点影响因子数据库,配置相关参数,并采用主成分分析方法(PCA)和聚类模式识别方法,通过量化影响因子的作用提取城市轨道交通站点的功能定位。该方法克服了以往定性分类笼统,变量采集不全面,无法用软件实现等缺陷,具有很强的普适性,能为我国城市轨道交通与地面交通一体化设计决策提供有效的站点功能定位指导。
In order to improve the efficiency of integration design of urban railway with other transit modes around urban railway station area, an integration-oriented functional classification method for urban railway stations was proposed as the judgment in practice. So far, there haven' t been any relative quantized functional classification standards. Urban railway station is not only a node in an urban transport network, but also a piece of area in the city. In this paper, these two aspects were considered, including the land-use and multimodal transport situation within reasonable influence range of an urban railway station. An influence index database was designed, while aprincipal component analysis (PCA) and clustering pattern recognition were used to extract the function feature of the functional orientation of an urban rail station. The quantized functional classification method, which is clearer and more reasonable than the traditional qualitative classification one, could be operated by soft SPSS, provides effective guidance for integration design of urban railway transit and other transit modes in urban railway station area in the cities of China.
