选用两只吡唑啉酮系磺酰胺型分散染料AY1和AY2研究了聚乳酸纤维的染色动力学,绘制得到恒温上染速率曲线,并计算获得2只染料在聚乳酸纤维上的表观扩散系数。结果表明:在110℃,pH为5.0的染色条件下,磺酰胺型分散染料在聚乳酸纤维上具有较快的上染速率和扩散能力,平衡吸附量较高,半染时间较短;染料结构中与N原子相连的基团链长的增加会减小染料的表观扩散系数,可通过增大半染时间,以增加染料在聚乳酸纤维上的平衡上染量。
Two pyrazolone sulfonamide disperse dyes AY1 and AY2 were applied to investigate the dyeing dynamics of PLA fiber.The dyeing rate curve under constant temperature was drawn and the apparent diffusion coefficient of the two dyes on PLA fiber was calculated.The results show that sulfonamide disperse dye has faster dyeing rate and diffusion ability,higher equilibrium adsorption quantity and shorter semi-dyeing time on PLA fiber under the conditions of 110℃,pH 5.0.The increase in the alkyl chain linked to the N atom in dye structure will reduce apparent diffusion coefficient of the dye,increase semi-dyeing time and enhances equilibrium dyeing quantity of the dye on PLA fiber.
