从权变理论和力场理论的角度出发,对供应链的协作进行了研究。首先,利用权变理论对供应链协作的框架进行了分析。其次是利用力场理论分析了组织变革的过程,并结合K.Lewin提出的组织间协作过程模型,给出了供应链协作的过程模型,为不确定情形下供应链协作的研究提供了一个新的思路。
From the view of contingency theory and force field theory, this paper analyzes the supply chain collaboration. Firstly, it analyzes the supply chain collaboration framework. Secondly, it analyzes the process of organization revolution by force field theory, and then the process model of supply chain collaboration is given connected with the collaboration process model between organizations proposed by K. Lewin, which provides a new method for studying supply chain collaboration under uncertain conditions.
