企业知识管理中,知识推荐能提高员工获取和运用知识的有效性。文章将情景用于面向业务问题求解的知识推荐服务,提出基于情景感知的企业知识推荐方法,然后以企业本体为基础框架,通过业务活动的＂六何＂分析,建立基于本体的知识情景模型,并用实例阐述知识情景模型应用到企业知识推荐系统中的过程。研究成果能适应员工对知识的个性化需求,有利于提高企业知识管理绩效,基于情景感知的企业知识推荐也为企业知识管理实践提供参考。

英文摘要：

For knowledge management in enterprise,knowledge recommendation can improve the efficiency of acquiring and using knowledge for staff. This paper utilizes context in knowledge recommendation service for business problem solving,and proposes a knowledge recommendation method based on context aware. Under the basic framework of enterprise ontology and by 6 dimensions analysis of business activity,the paper also proposes ontology-based knowledge context model. In the end,the paper presents an instance to introduce the application process of knowledge context model in knowledge recommendation system of enterprise. This research is benefit for improving business problem solving ability of staff,improving performance of enterprise knowledge management,and context aware knowledge recommendation is also a reference for knowledge management practice in enterprise.
