rnicroRNAs are a class of single-stranded, non coding small RNA regulating posttranscriptional of target geneS. Recently research indicated the significant role of microRNAs in cancer, cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Diabetes is one of the most dangerous diseases which threats people's lives, especially the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes increasingly became focus of studies. Abnormal adipocyte differetiation is the major factor of type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance. Further clarify mechanism of microRNAs in progress of adipocyte differetiation maybe helpful for new therapy targets. Protential role of microRNAs will be clarified and predicted following 3 aspects, including adipocyte differentiation relative gene, nuclear hormone receptor and relative signalling pathway.
