电爆炸丝断路开关以其优异的开断性能广泛地应用在电感储能型脉冲功率系统中,电爆炸丝断路开关在不同初始参数条件下的开断时间需要深入的研究。本文在搭建的电爆炸丝断路开关实验平台上进行了不同电容器初始电压,不同金属丝直径条件下的3组共9次实验。实验结果表明,当选用直径为0.2 mm的铜丝时,随着电容器初始电压由10 k V增加到15 k V,金属丝开断所用时间由6.4μs减小到3.2μs,切断的电流值由6.3 k A增加到20.7 k A;在电容器初始电压为15 k V时,随着金属丝直径由0.2 mm增加到0.3 mm,金属丝开断所用时间由3.2μs增加到6.5μs,切断的电流值由20.7 k A减小到12.1 k A。
The electro-exploding wire opening switches are widely applied in inductive energy storage pulse power sys- tems for their excellent opening performance. The switching time of the electro-exploding wire opening switches under different initial parameters needs to be researched. An experimental platform for electro-exploding wire opening switches was constructed in this paper, and a total 9 experiments falling into 3 groups were conducted under different initial capa- citor voltages and different wire diameters. The results indicate that when the 0.2 mm diameter copper wire is chosen, along with the initial capacitor voltage increases from 10 kV to 15 kV, the switching time of the wire decreases from 6.4 μs to 3.2 μs, and the switching current increases from 6.3 kA to 20.7 kA; With the initial capacitor voltage kept 15 kV, if the wire diameter increases from 0.2 mm to 0.3 mm, the switching time of the wire increases from 3.2 μs to 6.5μs, and the switching current decreases from 20.7 kA to 12.1 kA.
