模压成型制备Fe-Si-Al复合磁粉芯,研究了热处理条件及绝缘包覆处理对复合磁粉芯磁性能的影响。实验结果表明:压制后的退火处理能够有效地提高Fe-Si-Al磁粉芯的磁性能;增加退火温度能够提高样品的有效磁导率,减少磁滞损耗;过高的退火温度(〉660℃)能够恶化粒子间的绝缘层,降低磁特性;Fe-Si-Al磁粉芯的最佳退火温度为660℃。磁退火处理是降低Fe-Si-Al磁粉芯损耗的一种有效的新方法,与退火处理相比磁退火处理能够更大幅度的降低Fe-Si-Al磁粉芯的损耗。增加绝缘剂添加量能够有效地降低Fe-Si-Al磁粉芯的涡流损耗,同时也会产生恶化复数磁导率实数部分的负面影响,Fe-Si-Al磁粉芯最佳的绝缘剂添加量为0.7%(质量分数)。
Fe-Si-Al composite magnetic powder core was prepared by compression molding,and the effect of the annealing condition and insulation coating on magnetic properties of composite magnetic powder core was studied.Such results are concluded from experiment.Annealing following compaction could effectively promote magnetic properties of Fe-Si-Al magnetic cores.Increasing annealing temperature increases effective permeability and decreases hysteresis loss of specimens,and over-annealing(660℃) could degrade the insulation between powder particles and deteriorate magnetic properties.The optimum annealing temperature is 660℃.The magnetic annealing is a new effective method that decreases loss of Fe-Si-Al magnetic powder core,and the loss of magnetic powder cores in the magnetic annealing is smaller than one in annealing.Increasing dielectric content could effectively reduce eddy current loss of Fe-Si-Al magnetic powder core and bring negative influence of decreasing the real part of permeability.The optimum dielectric content is 0.7%(mass fraction).
