The construction and development of regional industrial chain are very important for regional eco- nomic development. Based on the 1997,2002 and 2007 inter-regional input-output table data,this paper applies the complexity method of industrial chain to explore the development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei regional industrial chain. It is found that the industrial chain in Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei Region is increasingly close along with eco- nomic development; the middle link of Beijing and Tianjin to Hebei is strengthening, and the middle link of Hebei to Beijing and Tianjin is weakening. In order to promote the process and development of Beijing and Tianjin and Hebei regional economic integration, it is necessary to constantly enhance the industrial chain link between inter-region in- dustrial chain, especially increase the middle input of Hebei to Beijing and Tianjin.
