有机朗肯循环(Organic Rankine Cycle,ORC)是一种适合150~350℃中高温热能利用的方式。有机工质的热稳定性是ORC工质选择的重要指标之一。本文主要对三种常用有机工质的热稳定性进行实验探究,获得每种工质在不同温度下的热稳定基础数据。通过实验发现,异丁烷的热分解温度在330~350。C之间,异戊烷的热分解温度在290~310℃之间,HFC245fa的热分解温度在310~330℃之间。
Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) was a suitable promising technology for the mid-and high-grade heat energy. And the thermal stability of the organic working fluid was one of indexes for the choice of work fluid used in the ORC system. The main work of this paper was the experimental exploration for the thermal stability of the organic working fluids. We got the basic data about the thermal stability in different temperatures. We fund that the temperature when thermal decomposition occurs for isobutane is 330~350℃ and for isopentane is 290~310℃ and for HFC245fa is 310~330℃.
