本研究首先合成出了一硫化四甲基秋兰姆(TMTM),通过UV-vis、HPLC、XRD粉末衍射仪对其进行检测和表征,确定了TMTM的最大吸收波长,选择出合适的液相色谱条件,为企业建立产品工作标准品,评判TMTM的产品性能指标,为制定行业标准提供了实验依据。通过XRD粉末衍射仪测定TMTM的结构,得到的TMTM晶体学数据,为关联其性能和推断结构,提供基础实验数据。
In the study, rubber accelerator tetramethyl thiuram monosulfide(TMTM) was synthesized firstly. TMTM was dete basic experiment data of TMTM crystallography data, associated with its performance and structure, provides the basic exp cted and characterized by UV-vis、HPLC、XRD. The maximum absorption wavelength of TMTM was determined. The suitable liquid chromatographic conditions were chosen. This study can help the enterprises to designate the working standard tracing detection of TMTM industrialized production. Performance index of TMTM was judged. It can provide the eriment data.
