Firstly, it was pointed out that the statistics principle is a basic principle of quantum mechanics and whole physics. Next, the non-equilibrium statistics and some applications of statistics were discussed and then various statistical equations and the relative quantum theories were investigated. Finally, the statistics at high energy and cor- responding new characteristics were discussed.
