针对公路健康监测系统监测参数多、监测范围广、实时性要求高及有线监测布线困难且易损坏等特点,设计了一种无线传输的嵌入式公路健康监测系统。该系统采用三层式结构设计,由数据采集节点、中继节点及监测中心组成;利用多传感器集成技术、单片机智能控制技术及组态王控制系统开发技术等进行软硬件构建,通过无线射频技术和数据传输装置(DTU)模块进行层间通信,最终实现对路基内部温度、湿度、压力、应变及加速度信息的实时采集与处理。初步实验结果表明:系统在4km范围内工作稳定可靠,可以满足中远距离公路监测传输需要。
Aiming at muhi-parameters, wide surveillance range, high requirement for real-time performance, difficulty in wire system alignment and vulnerability of highway healthy monitoring system, an embedded road health monitoring system with wireless transmission is designed. Three-layer structure design is used in the proposed system, consisting of data acquisition node, relay node and monitoring center, multi-sensor integration technology, MCU intelligent control technology and KingView control system are utilized in both hardware and software construction, and inter-layer communication is carried out using wireless radio frequency technique and data transfer unit (DTU), finally realize real-time information acquisition and processing of temperature, humidity, pressure, strain, and acceleration in embankment. Preliminary experimental result shows that the whole system works stably and reliably within 4 km, which can meet needs of highway monitoring transmission of mid-and long distance.
