顶空单滴液相微萃取与GC-MS联用测定易挥发溶剂

建立了采用顶空单滴液相微萃取与GC-MS联用检测易挥发溶剂的方法,并且优化了影响顶空单滴液相微萃取富集率的一些参数.最佳实验条件是:0.5μL十二烷作为萃取溶剂,样品温度为室温,萃取时间为10min.在最佳萃取条件下,检测限为0.000 1-1 mg/L;相关系数为0.904 8-0.988 7;线性范围为0.000 1-500 000 mg/L;相对标准偏差为6.62%-19.11%.实验表明:该方法操作简单,有机溶剂用量小,可用于保健品中提取溶剂的检测.

英文摘要:

A method was established for the determination of volatile solvent using headspace single-drop LPME coupled with GC-MS.Optimized some parameters,which affect the efficiency of headspace single-drop LPME.The optimized experimental conditions are: 0.5μL of dodecane as extraction solvent,sample temperature is room temperature,extraction time is 10min.Under the optimum conditions,evaluate this method.The linear range is from 0.0001 to 500000mg/L with reproducibility ranging from 6.62 % to 19.11%,and the limits of detection ranged from 0.0001 to 1mg/L.The correlation coefficient ranged from 0.9048 to 0.9887.The results demonstrated that HS-SD-LPME is simple,using a small amount of organic solvent,and could be applied for the determination of extraction solvent in health products.
