大型仪器设备效益考核对提升大型仪器设备投资和使用效益具有重要作用。针对现有评估指标体系存在的不足,从投入与产出相结合的角度,研究了利用DEA方法对大型仪器设备管理和使用信息进行数据挖掘和分析的可行性,从综合效益、纯技术效益和规模效益三个方面对部分大型仪器设备进行了实证分析。对如何优化大型仪器设备使用效益评价方式给出了对策与建议,并分析了DEA方法用于大型仪器设备效益评价的优势和局限。

英文摘要：

Efficiency evaluation of large-scale instruments exerts great influence on prompting the investment efficiency and use benefit. However, the existing evaluation system has its shortcomings. Taking input and output into consideration,the paper discusses the feasibility of data analysis on management and practice information of large-scale instruments based on EDA method. It takes empirical analysis in the aspects of comprehensive benefit,pure technical efficiency and scale benefit. It aims at analyzing advantages and limitations of this evaluation methods and proposing countermeasures and advice on optimizing the existing evaluation system.
