This paper analyzes the pollutant discharge standard of the biological pharmaceutical industry in domestic and foreign, puts forward the formulate ideas of the pollutant discharge standard of the biological pharmaceutical industry by dividing according to time and pollution sources. We select total mercury, alkyl mercury, total cadmium, total chromium, six valence chromium, total arsenic as the first class pollutants in wastewater; we select p H, color, suspended solids, chemical oxygen demand and other conventional factors, can be adsorbed organic halide（AOX）, benzene, toluene, anionic surfactants and other characteristics as the second contaminants in wastewater; we select odor, dichloromethane, particulate matter, hydrogen chloride, methanol, formaldehyde, non methane hydrocarbons, benzene, toluene, xylene, chlorobenzenes, phenolic compounds,phenol as atmospheric index.
