放牧强度对羊草草甸草原菌根效应的影响

以西乌珠穆沁旗羊草草甸草原为研究对象,研究了不同放牧强度对羊草草甸草原菌根效应的影响。结果表明:羊草地上生物量菌根效应在中度放牧区最高,群落地上生物量菌根效应在轻度放牧区最高;羊草与贝加尔针茅重要值菌根效应在中度放牧区最高,糙隐子草和寸草苔重要值菌根效应在不放牧区最高;Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Margarlef丰富度指数菌根效应在不放牧区和中度放牧区高于轻度和重度放牧区。Simpson多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数菌根效应在不放牧区和重度放牧区高于轻度和中度放牧区。

英文摘要:

In this study the influence of different grazing intensity on mycorrhizal effect was investigated in the Leymus Chinensis meadow steppe in Western Wuzhumuqin banner. The results showed that the mycorrhizal effect of the above-ground biomass of Leymus Chinensis was highest in the moderate grazing area. The mycorrhizal effect of above-ground biomass of community was highest in the light grazing area. The mycorrhizal effect of importance value of Leymus Chinensis and Stipa baicalensis were highest in the moderate grazing area, and the mycorrhizal effect of importance value of Cleistogenes squarrosa and Carex duriuscula were highest in the Non-grazing area.The mycorrhizal effect of Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Margarlef richness index in the Non-grazing and moderate grazing area were higher than in light and heavy grazing area. The mycorrhizal effect of Simpson diversity index and Pielou evenness index in the Nongrazing and heavy grazing area were higher than in light and moderate grazing area.
