从分析现有水安全的概念出发,认为区域性和人的认知能力对水安全有重要影响,在此基础上尝试性地提出了喀斯特地区的水安全概念,结合喀斯特地区水安全特性构建了相应的评价指标体系。并创建了喀斯特地区水安全评价标准,提出了用于喀斯特地区的水安全评价模型-CRITIC法赋权,采用由下向上求得指标、子系统权重,再通过综合指数法计算子系统及总系统水安全指数。最后以清镇市为例进行了实证性研究,所得结果符合实际情况,证明了选取的指标和模型是可行的,对今后的相关研究具有一定的参考意义。
From the analysis of existing water security concept, it is considered that the cognitive capacity of human and region have important influence on water security. Based on it, the water security concept in karst areas is put forward and the corresponding e- valuation index system is established combined with the features of water security in karst areas. Meanwhile, the water security eval- uation criteria and model for karst areas are created. In the model, the CRITIC method is used to evaluate weight, the index value, and subsystem weights are obtained from the bottom to the top, and then the water safety indexes of subsystems and total system are calculated through the composite index method. In the end, the Qingzhen City is taken as an example for practical research and the results is in line with the actual situation. This proves that the selected indicators and the model are feasible, which has certain reference value for the future related research.
