目的:对四川泸州市合江县和贵州赤水市两地金钗石斛中石斛碱的含量进行比较。方法:采用气相色谱法,对两地77份不同生长年限(2-5年生)、不同栽种环境(贴树生和贴石生)金钗石斛样本中石斛碱含量进行测定,由于贴树生样本数太少,为了减小误差,本实验只对72份贴石生样本数据应用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果:泸、赤两地同一生长年限(即2年生、3年生、4年生、5年生)样本中石斛碱含量的比较均无显著差异(P〉0.05);泸、赤两地样本中石斛碱的含量随着生长年限(2-5或4年)的增加而升高,差异极显著(P〈0.01),但石斛碱的含量增长速度变慢,至5年生时与4年生的比较无显著差异(P〉0.05)。结论:该研究可为金钗石斛的种植和产品开发提供科学依据。
Objective :To compare the contents of dendrobine in Dendrobium nobile collected from Hejiang county of Luzhou, Sichuan Province and Chishui,Guizhou Province. Methods:Gas chromatography was used to investigate the contents of dendrobine in 77 samples of Dendrobium nobile of different growth years( two to five growth years)and different growth environment( growing on stones or with trees)in Luzhou and Chishui,only the 72 samples growing on stones were analyzed in order to reduce the error by independentsamples t test of SPSS 19.0. Results:There were no significant differences between the contents of dendrobine of the samples with the same growth years( two growth years,three growth years, fourth growth years,and five growth years)collected from Luzhuu and Chishui (P 〉 0. 05 ). With the increase of growth years,the contents of dendrobinein of the samples from Luzhou and Chishui increased, and the differences of the contents were highly significant(P 〈 0. 01 ). But the rates were slower, there were no significant differences betweeH the five growth years and the four growth years (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion:This study can provide scientific basis for the cultivation and product development of Dendrobium nobile.
