近年来，随着对表观遗传学的深人研究，越来越多的研究证实在肿瘤的发生发展以及转移过程中表观遗传修饰起到了非常重要的作用。特别是在DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰方面取得的成果，将进一步理清肿瘤的发生发展及转移等机制，并为抗肿瘤药物的研发提供可靠的依据。本文主要对近年来表观遗传学在肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。

In recent years, with the in-depth study of epigenetics, more and more research has demonstrated that in the development and transfer process of tumor, epigenetic modifications plays a very important role. The achievements of DNA methylation and histone modification , will further clarify the development of tumor and transfer mechanism, and provide reliable basis for anti-tumor drugs research and development. In this paper, research progress of epigenetics in cancer in recent years were reviewed.
