采用3%~4%的低浓度疏解和两段6%~7%的较高浓度磨浆处理麦草半化学浆,研究了纤维形态、纤维长度的变化和对纸张性能的影响。结果表明,浆料经低浓度疏解后再浓缩至6%~7%的浓度进行磨浆处理,分离为单根纤维。低浓度疏解和较高浓度磨浆处理工艺有利于减少对纤维的切断,保留纤维长度。经疏解、一段和两段磨浆处理后浆料中长度在0.5ram到1.5ram范围内的纤维分别占总数的76.7%、74.9%和70.8%。
Wheat straw semichemical pulp was disintegrated at consistency of 3%~% and then refined at consistency of 6%~7% by two stages. The change of fibre morphology, fibre length and the influence to sheet properties was studied.Results showed that the pulp was disintegrated at consistency of 3%~4% and then with subsequent refining at consistency of 6%~7%. The cut fibre was reduced and fibre length was preserved with lower consistency disintegrating combined with higher consistency refining. The content of fibres within the range of 0.5mm to 1.5mm was 76.7%,74.9 % and 70.8% for the disintegrated pulp, one-stage refined pulp and two-stage refined pulp respectively.
