面向江苏、湖南两省企业开展中小企业竞争情报需求情况调查,从宏观和微观两个维度对需求调查结果进行分析。结果显示,与大型企业相比,中小企业竞争情报需求具有针对性强和类型多样的特点;从中小企业自身来看,其竞争情报需求具有明显的行业特征和内部差异性。研究结论可以为各类竞争情报供给机构有针对性地向中小企业提供竞争情报产品和服务提供参考。
This paper investigates competitive intelligence (CI) demands of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) in Jiangsu and Hunan provinces, and analyzes the results from macro and micro dimensions. The result shows SMEs' CI demands have the characteristics of highly targeted and various types compared with large enterprises ; their CI demands show the obvious industry features and internal factors dissimilarity from the perspective of themselves. The research conclusions can help all kinds of competitive intelligence agencies to provide CI products and services for SMEs effectively.
