采用SEM、FTIR、XRD等测试方法对油酸钠稳定化处理前后半水硫酸钙晶须的表面形貌、表面基团和物相组成进行了表征,在此基础上对油酸钠的吸附状态进行了研究。结果表明:油酸钠在晶须表面的吸附并不均匀,油酸钠吸附量越大,稳定效果越好。油酸钠用量为0.025%时吸附状态为化学吸附,0.5%时则主要是物理吸附。
The surface morphology,surface group,and phase constitution of hemihydrate calcium sulfate whiskers with sodium oleate were characterized by means of SEM,FTIR and XRD,and then the adsorption state of sodium oleate was investigated.The results indicated that the adsorption capacity of sodium oleate on whiskers surface was uniformity and the larger adsorption amount of sodium oleate was,the more obvious steady effect was.It can be seen that the adsorption state of sodium oleate is chemical adsorption with addition of 0.025% while the adsorption state of sodium oleate mainly is physical adsorption with addition of 0.5%.
