对武河湿地两种主要植物——芦苇和菖蒲不同组织及其底泥中Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb 4种重金属元素的含量进行了测定,结果表明:4种重金属元素在两种植物中的含量表现为Cu(628.51 mg/kg)〉Zn(578.05 mg/kg)〉Pb(32.01 mg/kg)〉Cd(11.71 mg/kg),但同一种元素在植物体不同组织中的含量有较大的差异;芦苇对于4种重金属元素的转移能力表现为Zn〉Cu〉Pb〉Cd,富集能力表现为Zn〉Cu〉Cd〉Pb,菖蒲对于4种重金属元素的转移能力表现为Zn〉Cd〉Pb〉Cu,富集能力表现为Zn〉Cd〉Cu〉Pb;芦苇处理Cu、Zn复合污染及Cd污染的污水效果较好,菖蒲净化Zn污染及Cd污染的水体效果较好,二者对于Pb元素的净化能力有限;相关分析表明,芦苇茎部对于碳酸盐结合态Pb元素的吸收效果良好,芦苇根部对于残渣态Pb吸收效果较好,但有机结合态Pb可能会抑制芦苇根部对于Pb元素的吸收,离子态的Pb可能会抑制菖蒲根部对其的吸收。
The content of heavy metal elements such as Cu, Zn, Cd, Pb in different tissues of two main plants-Phragmites australis and Acorus calamus and sediments in Wuhe Wetland were measured. The results indicated that the content of the heavy metal element was shown as Cu(628.51 mg/kg)〉Zn(578.05 mg/kg)〉Pb(32.01 mg/kg)〉Cd(11.71 mg/kg), but there were big differences with the content of an element in different tissues of plants. The metastatic of Phragmites australis for heavy metals was expressed as Zn〉Cu〉Pb〉Cd and the enrichment ability showed as Zn〉Cu〉Cd〉Pb; while the metastatic of Acorus calamus for heavy metals was expressed as Zn〉Cd〉Pb〉Cu and the enrichment ability showed as Zn〉Cd〉Cu〉Pb. The effect of reed processing Cu, Zn combined pollution or Cd pollution of sewage is better, and the effect of Calamus used to purify Zn or Cd polluted water is good, but both are limit in the purification Capacity of Pb. The correlation analysis showed that, the effect of the absorption of reed stems for carbonate fraction Pb and the absorption of reed root for residual fraction Pb is quite good, but the organic bound Pb may inhibit the reed root for Pb dements absorption, ionic state of Pb may inhibit absorption of Acorus calamus root on it.
