利用再生陶瓷粗骨料以0,25%,50%,75%和100%等质量替代天然粗骨料,配制再生陶瓷混凝土( RCAC)试块进行碳化后的力学性能试验。研究表明:抗压强度随碳化时间小幅度增加,破坏形态和未碳化试件类似;劈裂抗拉强度随着碳化时间延长而增加,抗折强度随着碳化龄期先减后增。随后根据试验数据并结合相关文献,利用统计回归的方法给出了劈拉强度及抗折强度的预测公式。
In this paper, through using recycled ceramic coarse aggregate to replace natural coarse aggregate by 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% respectively, the mechanical property test of recycled ceramic aggregate concrete ( RCAC) was carried out after carbonization. The research results show that the compressive strength of RCAC increases slightly with the carbonization time, and has similar failure mode as the non-carbonized specimen;the splitting tensile strength also increases with the carboni-zation time;but the flexural strength decreases at first and then increases after carbonization. Moreover, based on the experiment data and relevant literatures, the prediction formula of splitting tensile strength and flexural strength are given by statistical regression method.
