The Parikh' work is extended to a Reissner-Nordstorm black hole with a global monopole. The ADM mass of the black hole is not identical to its mass parameter. Hawking radiation is viewed as a tunneling process across the event horizon and the tunneling probability is calculated. According to the tunneling probability, a leading correction to the semi-classical emission rate is found.
