基于侧压条件下对透水模板布(CPFL)浇筑混凝土前后的布料几何参数、渗排淤堵性能进行了测试,分析研究了不同类型CPFL一次使用前后的性能变化机理。研究表明,CPFL的厚度、孔径尺寸、混凝土浆体性能以及渗透压力对CPFL的水平渗透系数秭、垂直渗透系数肼、淤堵程度等影响显著,控制CPFL材料厚度、减小表层平均孔径、改善混凝土浆体配料可避免内部淤堵增加、渗透系数严重衰减,确保满足CPFL重复使用要求。
The different controlled permeability formwork liners (CPFL) were selected and the CPFL's geometrical and physical parameters, permeability coefficient and clogging were analyzed in this article. The results indicated that permeability coefficient (KH, KV) and clogging of CPFL are affected obviously by thickness, average aperture, characteristic of concrete slurry and permeable pressure etc. Basing on permeability mechanism analysis, the author draw the conclusions that limiting the thickness of CPFL, reducing the average aperture and improving the characteristic of concrete slurry would keep inner part of CPFL from clogging intensely and ensure the reuse of CPFL.
