深入分析复杂盐层奈件下套管承受的载荷是盐层套管安全设计的关键。结合中原油田第三系盐膏层地质条件,利用FLAC软件建立了高倾斜韵律盐层的套管载荷分析三维模型,改变套管外的水泥封固奈件,探讨了盐层套管承受的非均匀载荷和套管内的应力分布,提出了盐层套管的设计方法。研究表明:环空水泥胶结不良时盐层容易对套管产生非均匀的挤压载荷;在高倾斜韵律盐层中,套管受到的非均匀载荷更高;盐层的非均匀载荷使套管内切向应力和轴向应力的集中比均匀外挤载荷下高得多;非均匀载荷下套管抗挤安全系数可以依据von Mises屈服准则来确定。
Detailed analysis of the casing load in salt formation is the key for the casing design. Combined with the Tertiary salt formation in Zhongyuan Oilfield, FLAC3D was used to build a three-dimensional model for casing load analysis in high dip rhythmic salt formation. By changing cementing condition in the annular space, variable load on casing and principal stresses in casing are investigated. Casing design method in salt formation was provided. The study indicates that salt formation can easily result in variable load in casing with poor cementing in the annular, and the higher the variable casing load in high-dip rhythmic salt formation. Axial and tangential stresses in the casing with variable load are higher than with homogeneous load. The safe coefficient of collapse resistance can be calculated by the yield criterion of von Mises.
