以羰基铁粉(CIP)和二氧化锰为吸收剂,石蜡为基体制备了羰基铁粉/二氧化锰复合材料。在2~18GHz的微波频段,测量了所制复合材料的介电常数和磁导率,在吸收剂质量分数为80%的基础上,讨论了二氧化锰与羰基铁粉的比例对复合材料吸波性能的影响。结果表明,随着二氧化锰与羰基铁粉质量比的增加,复合材料的磁导率实部和虚部及介电常数实部均逐渐减小,吸收峰向高频方向移动。当ζ((MnO2:CIP)为2:3时,所制复合材料的吸波性能最好,当涂层厚度为1.5mm时,其反射损耗(RL)小于-10dB的带宽达6.7GHz(10.0-16.7GHz)。
CIP/MnO2 composites were prepared by using carbonyl iron powders(CIP) and manganese dioxide(MnO2) as absorbent, paraffin as matrix, The permittivity and permeability of the prepared composites were measured in the frequency range of 2-18 GHz. The influence of ζ(MnO2:CIP) on absorption properties of composites was discussed when mass fraction of absorbent is 80% in the Composites. The results indicate that with increasing of ((MnO2:CIP), the composites' permeability and the real part of permittivity decrease gradually, and the absorption peak frequency shifts to the higher frequencies. The composite prepared with ((MnO2:CIP)=2:3 shows the best absorption properties, when the coating thickness is 1.5 mm, it's bandwidth ofRL≤-10 dB reaches 6.7 GHz(10.0-16.7 GHz).
