玻璃基板成形清洗后需要利用仪器检测缺陷,一般采用机器视觉的方法检测玻璃缺陷。目前,在生产流程中发现检查机边检显示界面边部缺失。本文主要通过对边检检查机进行原理分析,推断为传感器位置发生偏移以及玻璃不到位等因素导致问题的产生,因此对传感器位置、玻璃传送速率以及相关设置参数进行调整,提出相关对策解决边部缺失问题。生产线反馈及监测,效果良好。
We use the related instruments to inspect the flaws of Glass Substrate after the Glass Substrate's molding and washing, and we usually adopt Machine vision to inspect flaws of Glass Substrate. At present, we find the Missing Images about Edge Inspection System in work flow. So in this paper, we are analyzing the principle of Edge Inspection System, concluding that such factors as the position of the sensor offset or glass does not reach the designated position which caused this problem. So we adjust the sensor location, glass transfer rate and related parameters to deal with this problem. By monitoring and feedback on production line, the effect is good.
