深入研究了合金Sm3Fe18.5Co9Ti1.5的HD和HDDR处理过程。HD过程分别于350、400和450℃处理4h;HDDR过程于800℃处理2h。试验发现HD和HDDR法均可有效的对合金进行破碎处理,HDDR法由于其形核长大机制可有效的用于制备纳米晶复合材料;350℃时HD法可以有效的进行,随着温度的升高试样发生分解反应。给出了HD及HDDR处理后合金所表现的典型形貌。
HD (hydrogen decrepitation) and HDDR (hydrogenation disproportionation desorption recombination) processes of Sm3Fe18.5Co9Ti1.5 are studied. HD treatments were carried out at 350, 400 and 450℃ respectively for 4h and HDDR treatment was carried out at 800℃ for 2h. Some special phenomena of HD and HDDR are presented. It is found that both HD and HDDR are good methods for pulverizing. HDDR is a very effective way to produce nanocrystalline composite material due to its nucleation and growth processes. The optimistic temperature for HD treatment is 350℃, and when the temperature is higher than 400℃ the alloy begins to decompose. During HDDR the hydrogenation disproportionation processes is completed at 800℃ for 1h.
