针对插入式或内装式永磁同步电动机,介绍了直接转矩控制原理并推导出了定子磁链幅值参考给定的条件。其中详细分析了定子磁链幅值波动对电磁转矩波动的影响,并在此基础上提出了一种精确的定子磁链幅值给定计算方案,使得定子磁链幅值给定有规律可循,而且采用这种改进的直接转矩控制策略可以获得理想的转矩一负载角曲线。Matlab仿真表明,采用这种改进的直接转矩控制策略,能获得更快的电磁转矩动态响应,减弱定子磁链幅值波动对电磁转矩的波动影响。
This paper presented the principle of direct torque control of the interior PMSM and the qualifica- tion of the flux linkage reference. A novel strategy of interior PMSM combined with exact and logical flux linkage reference was proposed based on the detailed analysis of effects of torque ripple from the flux linkage fluctuate. The discursion and the Matlab emulation shows that this new method to calculate the flux linkage reference of the stator could achieve perfect curve of the torque with load angle, improve the dynamic re- sponse performance of the torque and eliminate the torque ripple because of the fluctuate of the flux linkage.
