针对涤纶吸湿性差、染色性能差等问题,采用碱减量处理和纳米银/丝胶溶胶涂覆制备了吸湿抗菌仿真丝纤维,研究了碱减量处理配方对聚酯纤维表面、碱减率和回潮率的影响,并讨论了纳米银/丝胶溶胶涂覆碱减量处理聚酯纤维的吸湿性和抗菌性。结果表明:NaOH、乙二胺和催化剂1631共同作用可以得到表面粗糙的聚酯纤维,提高了聚酯纤维的丝胶涂覆效果;丝胶涂覆前后织物的回潮率由0.45%提高到1.20%以上,吸湿性得到较大改善;添加了纳米银的丝胶涂覆聚酯纤维具有优良的抗菌性,在纳米银摩尔浓度超过4mmol/L,仿真丝聚酯纤维具有92%以上的抑菌率。
In allusion to problems of dacron such as poor hygroscopicity and dyeing property, this research prepares moisture-retentive and antibacterial silk-like fiber with alkali peeling treatment and nano-silver/sericin sol coating, studies the influence of alkali peeling treatment formula on the surface of polyester fiber, alkali reduction rate and moisture regain and discusses the hygroscopicity and antibacterial property of polyester fiber subject to nano-silver/ sericin sol coating and alkali peeling treatment. The result shows that the combined action of NaOH, quadrol and catalyst 1631 can produce polyester fiber with a rough surface and improve the sericin coating effect of polyester fiber; the moisture regain of fabric increases to over 1.20% from 0.45% before and sericin coating and its hygroscopicity has greatly improved; polyester fiber with sericin coating in which nano-silver is added has a good antibacterial property; when molar concentration of nano-silver exceeds 4 mmol/L, silk-like polyester fiber has an antibacterial rate over 92%.
