针对某工业港滚筒式混匀取料机料耙小车液压传动系统中出现的冲击问题,利用AMESim软件对液压系统进行系统动态仿真和分析,提出优化建议,并按照优化方案进行设备改造。实验检测结果表明:优化后的液压系统工作性能得到改善,证明仿真优化方法有效。
Aiming at the impact problem of the harrow-part cart of hydraulic transmission system of drum-type blending reclaimer in one industrial harbor,the hydraulic system by using AMESim software was simulated dynamically and analyzed.Optimization pro-posals were put forward,and then the equipment was modified according to the optimization program.Through the lab testing,the re-sults show that the work performance of the optimized hydraulic system is improved,and the effectiveness of the simulation optimization method is proved.
