在总结爆炸荷载对钢筋混凝土结构作用特点的基础上,比较了爆炸荷载与地震作用对钢筋混凝土结构的影响。认为就建筑结构整体而言,两者的影响是有区别的,应当区别对待;但对具体结构构件来说,二者的要求接近一致。对于钢筋混凝土结构抵抗爆炸荷载作用的问题,可以在其满足抗震要求的基础上,加以优化,实现“多灾害设计”。
The influence of blast load and seismic action on reinforced concrete structure are compared on the basis of summing up characteristic of blast load action on RC structure. In view of whole structure, the effects of the two actions are different and should make a difference between them, but the demand of the two action on the component are basically alike. The aseismic design method can be opetimzed to mitigate the blast load and achieve the multi-hazard design.
