采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱和重结晶等方法对臭梧桐(Clerodendrum trichotomum Thunb)进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱分析进行结构鉴定。从臭梧桐中分离得到11种化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇、β-胡萝卜苷、洋芹素、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷丁酯、乙酸橙酰胺、类叶升麻苷、马替诺皂苷、5-羟甲基糠醛、corchorifalty acid E、单棕榈酸甘油、正癸醇。其中乙酸橙酰胺和corchorifalty acid E为首次从马鞭草科植物中分离得到,5-羟甲基糠醛为首次从大青属植物中分离得到。
In an attempt to explore the material basis of anti-inflammatory efficacy of Clerodendrum tri- chotomum Thunb, the chemical constituents of C. trichotomum were isolated and purified by column chro- matography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20, as well as recrystallization method. Their structures were i- dentified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data analyses. Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol,β-daucosterol, apione, apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide buthyl ester, aurantiamide acetate, acteoside, martynoside, 5-hydroxymethylfurfural, corchorifalty acid E, monop- almitin, n-decanol. Compounds aurantiamide acetate and corchorifalty acid E are isolated from the Verben- aceae family for the first time, and 5 - hydroxymethylfurfural is isolated from the Clerodendrum genus for the first time.
