针对保温被在日光温室生产中实际使用出现的问题,选用标准化日光温室连续使用第三年的保温被(黑色淋膜+二层针刺毡+黑色淋膜)作为实验材料。截取一条整被上的三块样被,采用温室覆盖材料保温性能测试台进行保温被传热系数测试分析;对保温被整体重量及含水量、厚度等作对比分析;保温性能由好到差Ⅰ号〉Ⅲ号〉Ⅱ号、重量及含水量由轻到重Ⅰ号〈Ⅱ号〈Ⅲ号、厚度由厚到薄Ⅰ号〉Ⅱ号〉Ⅲ号,综上比较保温被在正常使用过程中,Ⅰ号样被在各项指标中最优,其保温性能最好;Ⅲ号样被所处的位置更容易受到外界作用而保温性能下降。研究保温被在反复使用过程中这种"动态"变化的影响规律及解决方法,为保温被材料性能及热工性能的科学评价提供科学依据。
Aiming at the existing problems of actual sunlight greenhouse production,heat preservation quilt that used three years in standardized sunlight greenhouse was selected as testing material,which consists of one layer of black film,two layers of needled felt and another layer of black film.Three samples were collected from the heat preservation quilt,and their heat transfer coefficients were test,by using thermal insulation heat preservation performance test bed.The overall weight,moisture,and thickness of heat preservation quilt were measured and compared,the order of heat preservation performance from good to bad is NO.1NO.3NO.2,the order of weight and moisture from low to high is NO.3NO.2NO.1,the thickness from thick to thin is NO.1NO.2NO.3.Based on the analysis above,sample NO.1has the best heat preservation performance,sample NO.3is easy to be affected by outside situation due to its position,and lead to the decease of heat preservation performance.The dynamic variation rules of heat preservation quilt were studied,during the process of repeated uses,and related solution were proposed,which can provide scientific basis for the material property evaluation and thermal performance of heat preservation quilt.
